Product Line All Seltzer’s Lebanon Bolognas start with the highest quality lean beef, carefully ground and cured with aromatic spices. We do not add any water or fillers to the product. Each bologna is then slowly smoked over natural hardwood fires in century old outdoor wooden smokehouses to create the distinctive delicious flavor that Seltzers is famous for. Since the beginning, quality control has been an integral facet of all our operations. Years ago, when the federal government began inspecting meat-packing plants, Seltzer’s was the first federally-inspected Lebanon Bologna company. And today it’s one of the oldest continually USDA-inspected operations in the United States. All our products manufactured in our plant show the USDA inspected 474 number.

Seltzer’s offers five varieties for a variety of flavor experiences. No matter what your favorite is, all are low in fat, calories, and carbs.

Seltzer’s Beef Lebanon Bologna:
Our flagship product, fresh 90% lean beef formula, smoked for 3 days for that famous flavor.

Seltzer’s Sweet Lebanon Bologna:
A special blend of spices and sugar gives this 100% beef bologna a subtle sweetness that makes it a favorite among kids and adults alike.

Seltzer’s Lower Sodium Lebanon Bologna:
This variety has 45% less sodium, but the same great Seltzer’s flavor.

Seltzer’s Smoke ‘n Honey Beef Roll:
This is the one that appeals to the health-conscious person looking for great taste and low fat. There are only 20 calories per slice in this 95% fat free variety.

Seltzer’s Double Smoked Sweet Bologna:
Developed to celebrate our 100th anniversary, this old fashioned sweet bologna is smoked for three days, cooled down and re-smoked for 12 hours, developing an outstanding smoked beef taste.
